A Palestinian was shot dead by the Israeli army at a border crossing in the northern West Bank on Monday, Israeli police said. A second Palestinian was arrested, according to police, France24 reported. A total of 69 Palestinians, nine Israelis and an Arab Israeli have been killed in a wave of violence since the beginning of October.
