E. Asian Powers Hold Summit

China, Japan and South Korea will hold a summit in South Korea when Chinese Premier Li Keqiang visits the country from Oct. 31-Nov. 2, China’s Foreign Ministry said on Monday, the first leaders’ meeting since May 2012. Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying, did not provide an exact date for the summit, but Japanese media have said it would be on Nov. 1 in Seoul, Reuters reported.
