Bolivia’s first indigenous president, Evo Morales is expected to cruise to a third term against a fragmented opposition Sunday, with a large Congressional majority to continue pushing through his leftist reforms. Morales, who has blended leftwing economic policy with nationalist rhetoric and a focus on indigenous rights and the environment -- all while presiding over an economic boom -- is polling at 59 percent heading into the election.
