Saudi King Salman expressed support for Turkey after it launched airstrikes against IS in Syria and the Kurdish PKK in Iraq, state media reported on Tuesday. The king told Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in a phone conversation he backs “Turkey’s right to self-defense,” the official Saudi Press Agency said, Middle East Online reported.
