Japan and North Korea have held secret talks on neutral grounds over the fate of 12 Japanese nationals abducted in the 1970s and 1980s on the Korean peninsula, local media reported Monday. The two sides met in Mongolia’s capital Ulan Bator in May, the Kyodo agency cited a Mongolian diplomatic source as saying, Sputnik reported.
