A bomb at a local government in northern Nigeria killed at least 25 people on Tuesday morning and then three gunmen opened fire on a crowd of civil servants there. This is while more than 200 people were killed by Boko Haram militants last week in a string of attacks in the war-ravaged country, France24 reported.
