The US State Department approved the sale of 1,600 guided bomb units to the UAE, as part of a package that is worth more than $100 million, the US Defense Security Cooperation Agency announced. The UAE is part of a Saudi-led coalition that has been conducting airstrikes in Yemen since late March, Sputnik reported.
