A Russian plane delivered nearly 22 tons of humanitarian aid to the Syrian port city of Latakia, said the Russian Emergencies Ministry on Friday. The plane also proceeded to evacuate 66 Russians, seven Belarusians, four Ukrainians and three Uzbek nationals to Moscow, World Bulletin reported.
