The South Korean Defense Minister Han Min-Koo and his Japanese counterpart, Gen Nakatani, will hold talks for the first time in four years to discuss issues including North Korea and the impact of a new set of US-Japan defense guidelines, on the sidelines of the May 29-31 Asia Security Summit in Singapore, RT reported
