Turkish and Azeri armed forces started Tuesday joint military exercises in the Azeri capital Baku and the Nakhchivan exclave, the Azeri ministry of defense said in a statement. The exercises would continue until Saturday and were being held within the framework of a military cooperation agreement between Turkey and Azerbaijan, it said, World Bulletin reported.
