The medical personnel working at Lufthansa carrier failed to inform the German Federal Aviation Office, the Luftfahrtbundesamt (LBA) that co-pilot of the crashed Germanwings flight Airbus A320 Andreas Lubitz had severe depression, Welt am Sonntag reported Sunday. According to Sputnik, the investigation has revealed that Lubitz received regular treatment at psychiatrists’ and had taken antidepressants, tranquilizers and other medication to treat depression.
