Stronger OSCE in Ukraine

France, Germany, Russia and Ukraine agreed to ask the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) to help with the implementation of the ceasefire agreement in Ukraine, France said in a statement. Leaders of the four countries agreed to ask the OSCE to play a more direct role in restoration of peace and withdrawal of weapons in Ukraine, Reuters reported.
