Islamic State’s affiliate in Libya claimed responsibility for bomb attacks in the country’s east that left dozens dead, saying they were directed at the commander of a campaign against IS forces. The triple car bombing in Qubba killed at least 45 people including four Egyptian laborers, Bloomberg reported.
