A Pakistani high court declared the country’s former military president Pervez Musharraf incompetent for contesting parliamentary elections, a court record said Saturday. The court found Musharraf guilty of suspending the country’s constitution, and putting the supreme court judges under house arrest in November 2007, World Bulletin reported.
