Iran's Offshore Engineering and Construction Company (IOEC) is building five oil platforms in its construction yards in Khorramshahr, Khuzestan Province, said Gholamreza Manouchehri, managing director of IOEC. The IOEC has successfully completed four other offshore platforms for phases 17, 18, 12-A and 12-B of the South Pars gas field, Shana reported.
