Shazand Gasoline Output at 16.5 ml/d

In line with efforts to boost the country's oil refining output, Imam Khomeini (Shazand) Refinery's Euro-4 gasoline production capacity has reached 16.5 million liters per day, the refinery’s managing director said. "The refinery's gasoline output level ranged between 8-12 ml/d till a month ago. However, the overhaul of some units has put the refinery on full swing and increased its output to 16.5 ml/d," Alireza Amin was quoted as saying by Shana on Saturday. "To accomplish the goal, five refining units were totally overhauled in less than a month," he added. The units had stopped working due to technical problems, but they were renovated and went on stream in late May.
