Qatari energy company Nebras Power is planning to invest about $14 billion in Turkey's energy sector mainly for development of coal power plants and coal mines in the Afisn and Elbistan areas southeast of Ankara. This would be one of the region's largest energy projects in terms of size and cost, Middle East Monitor reported citing the company chief.
