Turkish Energy Minister Taner Yildiz said the amount of natural gas from Russia’s Western Pipeline was flowing at a daily rate of 27 to 28 million cubic meters (mcm), below the contract level of 42 mcm, according to Reuters. “This is, of course, not a good thing. It needs to return to the contract’s value. We don’t want to be a part of the Ukrainian problem,” Yildiz said.
