Energy companies and EU officials have gathered to discuss energy security thousands of miles away from Europe, at an oil and gas conference in Turkmenistan, BBC reported. The Central Asian nation has the 4th largest gas reserves in the world and EU officials hope it could hold the key to ensuring the lights stay on.
