The Petrochemical Research and Technology Co. (NPC-RT) has reached early agreement with a Norwegian company to have technical cooperation on propylene production, managing director of the NPC-RT Esmael Ghanbari said without identifying the company. "The two companies will finalize the agreement once legal and currency-related challenges have been addressed," Ghanbari was quoted by Shana news agency as saying.
