The Azerbaijan and Caspian Oil & Gas Week, taking place November 19-21 in Baku, consists of a three day conference, exhibition, training & networking event. It is attended by IOCs, NOCs and ministries of energy from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and other Caspian region states, Shana reported.
