Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak may visit Iran again in late February, a source in the Russian government said on Friday. Novak, who has visited Tehran on several occasions after Iran and six world powers' nuclear agreement in July, is expected to hold talks on a possible deal to freeze oil output as well as joint power plant projects with the Persian Gulf country, Sputnik reported.
