China Fuel Export Record

China’s fuel exports surged to a record, as refiners dumped excess fuel overseas to cope with a slowdown in the world’s second-biggest consumer. Net fuel exports rose for a fifth month to 2.22 million tons in November, 77% higher than the previous month, and inbound crude shipments climbed 7.2% from October to 6.68 million barrels a day, the highest since September, Bloomberg reported.
