Belgium's nuclear watchdog said on Tuesday it will allow the restart of two reactors that have been halted since last year because small cracks were found in the core tanks. Tihange 2 and Doel 3, two reactors with an output of some 1,000 megawatts, accounting for a third of Belgium's nuclear capacity, were closed in March 2014, Reuters reported.
