Scores of officials, experts and key stakeholders from the Persian Gulf and global oil producing countries will gather in Manama, Bahrain, later this year for the Middle East Heavy Oil Congress, a report said. MEHOC will provide a platform for discussion and debate of the latest business issues and technologies of the heavy oil industry, Gulf News said in a report.
