Indian ONGC Videsh Ltd., the offshore arm of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd, is keen to develop the Farzad-B gas find in Iran, which is now open to international competition, Trend News Agency reported. ONGC had in 2008 discovered the Farzad-B gas field in its Farsi exploration block in the Persian Gulf, but did not sign a contract because of sanctions against Iran.
