State oil and gas PetroVietnam group and Gazprom have signed an agreement to develop two gas fields in Russia, the Vietnam News reported. Under the pact signed last week in Russia, the two companies will work at Nagumanovskoye in the southwest area of Orenburg and Severo-Purovskoye in the west Siberian district. Gazpromviet is a venture in which Gazprom holds a 51 percent stake while PetroVietnam owns 49 percent.
