Currently 5 percent of Iran's gas is exported," said Hamidreza Araghi, managing director of National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC), adding that Europeans, Indians, Pakistanis, and some other countries are interested in gas imports from Iran. A total of 500 mcm of gas is produced per day, IRNA news agency quoted Araghi as saying.
