Flare gases of Abadan Refinery will be utilized to increase efficiency and production, Alireza Sedighizadeh managing director of the refinery, said. The project is to be carried out in cooperation with Abadan Petroleum University of Technology and a private firm. It will be completed by July, and will generate $2.7 million in added value per annum, IRNA reported.
