Plans call for two-fold increase in Kermanshah Oil Refinery output from 20,000 barrels of oil per day to 40,000 bpd, Mohammad Jamshidi, managing director of Kermanshah Oil Refining Company (KORC) said. However he said it would require an estimated $400 million investment, Shana reported.
