The Iranian Offshore Oil Company (IOOC) plans to hold two tenders in the near future for domestic and foreign investors that include the overhaul of 40 and drilling of 15 oil wells, Saeed Hafezi, IOOC managing director, said, adding that the projects will attract $15-20 billion in investments, Shana news agency reported.
