Arctic-drilling protesters from the Greenpeace non-governmental environmental organization climbed aboard a Royal Dutch Shell oil rig Monday as it was transported across the Pacific Ocean northwest of Hawaii. Shell, Europe’s largest oil company, wants to resume drilling off Alaska this year, but faces tough opposition from environmental protection groups, Bloomberg reported.
