A fifth onshore drilling rig has been installed in Yaran oilfield, an official from the National Iranian Drilling Company said Saturday. Nasrollah Abbasi told ISNA that Rig Fath-37 will soon start drilling a development well. He said the new rig is fitted with top drive which can help safeguard the environment. Yaran oilfield is shared between Iran and Iraq.
