The recent slump in oil price is a “complicated issue” and, thus, “it can’t be resolved overnight,” oil minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh said Wednesday, ISNA reported. “Part of the problem, however, has been solved by last week’s 10% increase in prices,” he said, adding that the government has plans to gradually overcome the deficit caused by the oil plunge.
