Petrochem Utility Plant in Asalouyeh Launches Wastewater Treatment Plant

The first phase of the wastewater treatment plant of Damavand Petrochemical Utility Plant in Asalouyeh, Bushehr Province, was launched on Monday.
The facility has the capacity to treat 130 cubic meters of wastewater per hour, the Oil Ministry’s news agency Shana reported.
With the launch of the new unit, Damavand Utility Plant seeks to reuse the wastewater produced in different sections of the plant and reduce the use of groundwater and seawater to irrigate green space.
