Solar Power Helping Nomads

By the end of next Iranian year (March 2022), the number of nomadic households using solar energy will double, head of Nomads Affairs Organization of Iran said.
Now “25,000 nomad households have access to portable photovoltaic power generators. Based on an agreement with the Energy Ministry, the number will double in two years,” ISNA quoted Karamali Qandali as saying.
This year 8,000 nomadic households will get PV panels and next year 17,000 others will receive the panels from the Energy Ministry, he said.
