The Research Institute of Petroleum Industry (RIPI) updated the database of the country's hydrocarbon reserves, a member of the research group said Sunday. "We have compiled data after examining 100 samples of produced crude oil, 25 gas condensate and 100 natural gas samples," Ali Passeban was quoted by Shana news agency as saying. Formerly, foreign research companies were assigned to do similar projects for the ministry.
