Kuwaiti ministry of electricity and water has awarded a $26.2m contract to Spain’s Abengoa for development of a new power transmission project in the country. As per the deal, Abengoa will construct three new power transmission lines within 20 months. The project is in line with Kuwait’s plan to expand its energy infrastructures, TradeArabia reported.
