Khorramshahr Container Terminal Makes 63% Progress

A new container terminal in the southwestern Khorramshahr Port Complex in Khuzestan Province will be operationalized by the end of the fiscal year (March 20, 2019). “The construction of the terminal with an investment of 8,610 billion rials ($195.68 million) by the private sector in an area of 15 hectares has made 63% progress,” Mohammad Mohseni, the director of Khorramshahr Ports and Maritime Directorate, was quoted as saying by the news outlet of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development.
