Iran traded 4.79 million tons of non-oil commodities worth $2.52 billion with Iraq during the first four months of the current fiscal year (March 21-July 22), registering a 13.97% and 22.02% increase in tonnage and value respectively compared with last year’s corresponding period, Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration’s statistics indicate. Iran’s exports to Iraq stood at 4.78 million tons worth $2.52 billion, up 14.12% and 23.19% in tonnage and value respectively year-on-year.
