The 18th edition of International Congress of Microbiology will be held at Tehran University of Medical Sciences late August.
The meeting brings together infectious disease specialists, for presentation and discussion of research in the fields of clinical microbiology and infection from academia, clinical setting and industry, Mehr News Agency reported on Tuesday.
It aims to contribute to improvement in prophylaxis and treatment of infectious diseases at the global level.
Microbiologists, pharmacists, dentists, veterinarians, laboratory scientists and paramedics can benefit from the issues raised at the confab to be held August 29-31.
International speakers from several countries will discuss important issues related to the science of microbiology, in the fields of both clinical and applied microbiology.
