Iran’s Center for Web Developers will host the Persian Web Conference 2017 in Tehran. Scheduled for August 12, the event will be held at the conference hall of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, according to Shanbeh Magazine website. Organized in collaboration with the Telecoms Ministry and Iran’s Cyber Police, the conference is expected to pave the way for cooperation between private enthusiasts and professionals and the government sector. This year, organizers have released a mobile application that provides access to the event schedule and enables users to register for the meeting. Hamid Reza Hemmati, who heads the center, said the event aims to help startups with their apps’ security. Furthermore, the main topics to be discussed are Internet-based businesses, economics of cyberspace, cyber-security, web-based systems and web development and design.
