China-based company Xiaomi announced its first two-wheel-self-balancing scooter called Ninebot Mini in collaboration with Segway. It cost only RMB1,999 ($314/1 million rials), which is 70% cheaper than the original segway device. It can move at up to 16 km/h (10 mph) and take a 15-degree hill ride. It can run up to 22 km on a single charge. It’s portable at 12.8 kilograms (28 pounds) and “fits easily in the trunk of your car”, according to Xiaomi.
