Housing Market Waking Up

The housing market is gradually stepping out of recession, deputy minister of roads and urban development Hamed Mazaherian, told ISNA yesterday. Transactions in the housing market are incrementally increasing and it is expected that the trend will continue in the upcoming year (starting March 21), he said. The official also added that the market is not expected to experience any price rise soon, “however, the outcome of negotiations between Iran and the P5+1 group of countries (the US, the UK, France, Russia, China and Germany) are definite to have a siginficant impact on macroeconomic indices.
