Iran's Average Job Tenure at 12 Years 2017-18

A recent report published by the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare's Statistical Center provides extensive information about job tenure in Iran, i.e. the length of time workers stay in a job. 
According to the report, out of the country's 23.4 million employed population in the fiscal 2017-18, more than 12.7 million (or about 54.2%) stayed for fewer than 10 years in their main job.
