Iranian security forces handed over 158 Pakistani nationals to their counterparts at the border checkpoint in Taftan of Chaghi district on Sunday.
The Pakistani nationals were in Iran to earn a living, Pakistan’s financial daily Business Recorder reported.
They were apprehended from different parts of Iran, because they lacked valid traveling documents.
The deportees will be handed over to Pakistan’s Federal Investigation Agency for further investigation.
