Iran’s northeastern city of Mashhad is hosting a three-day exhibition on food industry and related machinery. A total of 117 companies and manufacturers from Iran and around the world, including South Korea and Pakistan, are showcasing their latest products and services in 90 pavilions. The 19th Food Industry and Related Machinery Exhibition will conclude on Tuesday, Mehr News Agency reported. “Machinery for producing cake, bread, packaging containers, cans, water treatment equipment, steel blades and ice-cream, as well as cooling and heating devices, dried nuts, rice, herbal extracts, oil, tea and saffron are among the items displayed in the fair,” said Alireza Houshangnejad, the CEO of Mashhad International Exhibitions. Visitors can tour the exhibition between 4:00 p.m. and 10 p.m.
