Iran exported 65,480 tons of onions worth $22.25 million during the first four months of the current fiscal year (March 21-July 22), latest data released by the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration show. Iraq, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, the UAE and Kuwait were the main customers of Iranian onions during the period.
