34% Rise in Exports From Southern Port
34% Rise in Exports From Southern Port

A total of 331,654 tons of non-oil commodities were exported from the port city of Bandar Lengeh in the southern Hormozgan Province during the first four months of the current Iranian year (March 21-July 22), registering a 34% growth compared with the similar period of last year.
According to Bandar Lengeh Ports and Maritime Organization’s Director Qasem Askari, the exported goods mainly included fruits and vegetables, nuts, minerals and construction materials.
Non-oil imports into the port city during the same period stood at 30,000 tons to register a 56% decrease, IRNA reported.
