Iran traded 248,036 tons of non-oil commodities worth $105.96 million with Egypt during the first three months of the current fiscal year (March 21-June 21), registering a 72.03% and 140.73% increase in tonnage and value respectively compared with last year’s corresponding period, Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration’s data indicate.
Iran’s exports to Egypt stood at 247,901 tons worth $105.237 million, up 74.44% and 151.08% in tonnage and value respectively year-on-year. Egypt was Iran’s 14th biggest export destination during the period.
